Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled unless approved by our team.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Customized orders could take longer. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns for damaged items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.
